Various IT Projects Implemented by NIC  in Dhule District

1.    District Court Computerisation -- This is one of the ambitious project implemented by NIC, Dhule at District Court . For this project One LBFN server with Six number of GIST terminals installed at District Court  . All the pending cases are entered using DCIS (District Court Indformation System ) software . The Daily boards are generating using DCIS software.District Courtconnected over NICNET  by  Dial-up lineto NIC Disrict  Center Dhule,  Most of  the communication in respect with Hon.High Court being made by E-mail.

2. District Employment Office Computerisation -  The prcoess of registration is fully computerised and pending data of un-employed candidates also enterd using the software developed by NIC.

Videoconferencing services - After the succesful integration of NICNET-MAHANET integration project NIC , Dhule having studio quality  Videoconferencing facility to any District of Maharashtra , Mantralaya , Yasshada-Pune and NIC-HQ,Delhi.                       ( For More Information  visit to http://vidcon.nic.in )

3. Collectorate-2000 - This is project having bundle of 12 different GUI based softwares related with different brances of collectorate . It includes mainly Single Window System ,Establishmnet Information System , Tapal Information System , Small Savings Monitoring System ,Land Acquistion System ,Civil Supply System , Reveneue Officers Preformance Appraisal System, Sanjay Gandhi Yojana System.....etc 

4. Single Window System - Dhule is the first District in Maharashtra who implemented this software in all tahsils. Now public can get the required certificate within short spell of time from the same / single window where he has submitted the application. Affidavit system is also implemented in conjunction with the same.

5.Computerisation of Sanjay Gandhi Yojana , National Old Age Pension Yojans, Indira Gandhi bhumihin Yojana -- Developed and implemented this Software for the above three schemes. Computerised money orders , Schedules , Bank statements generating through this software . It saves lot of man hours and money also beneficaries getting money orders in time .

6. Duplicate Ration Card System - This software implemented succesfully for all tahsils it finds duplicate ration cards from differnet PDS shops in the particular tahsil. After implementation district administration get much benefited  and the Kerosene quota is also reduced.

7.Record Room Information System (RRIS) -  The different files are arranged in Record   room as per the software need and all file references was enterd using this software. Now any dcoument can be searched within a second by giving any type of refernece while same was taken number of days  before the implementation of this Software.This software also implemted in all branches from Zilla Parishad , Dhule.

8.SETU - A Public Facilation Centre - In this centre public can get any type of certficate /document , which are issued by Collectorate / Tahsil office   , can get on the same day . From this Centre 31 different type of   certificates can be issued.

9. PCIS - Property Card Information System -  Land Record Computeristaion Project, a Central Govt.sponsored project under this project 1,92,510 PR cards data  entered and online computerised PR cards isssuing from all TILR and CTSO, Dhule Office. The Software developed by NIC(WR)-Pune and implemented succesfully by NIC,Dhule.

10. LMIS - Land  Management Information system - This is also centrally sponsored project for the computerisation of RoR ( Record of Rights ) a valuable documnet of property in respect of Land that is  called form VII-XII ( 7/12) . This Software also  developed by NIC(WR)-Pune and implementing same by NIC,Dhule. Before Data entry of each 7/12  these are written in prescribed standardised format (It is standard procedure and unique pattern of writting form VII-XII in all over Maharashtra ) then it is entered using LMIS Software . After completion of Data Entry from all tahsils updation of pending mutaution was carried out succesfully . Now computerised 7/12 can be issued to the public . Within few days same can be seen on web site.

11. Payroll Software - This software is developed to generate monthly pay bills and schedules required for treasury .Almost all the govt.departments using this software.

12. Agmarknet :- This  portal  shows  prices and arrival of differnet commodities from different Agriculural Produce Marketing Committees (APMC) from all over India . From Dhule District Dhule and Dondaicha APMC sending data regularly while Sakri and Shirpur will be computerised in coming months .                          (  Visit to http://agmarknet.nic.in )

13. WEBRuralSoft  - This portal is for collecting data of monthly progress report for different schmes sponsored by Govt. of India  specially in rural areas. These schemes Viz. 14. MAHAFOOD - A WEB Portal for collecting data of Lifting , Offtake and Distribution of  food alloted to differnet PDS Shops .This data is entered weekly on this portal and  it is consolidated at Mantralaya .

15.EGS-MIS - Using this software EGS data of form-A1,A2,A3 is entered weekly and same is sent in.xml format to Mumbai .

17. IDRN ( Indian Disaster Resource Network ) - This portal is developed centrally for collecting the disaster resource data from all over the country. We are contineously updateing this portal by adding various items related to disaster. ( For more information Visit to http://idrn.gov.in )

18. CNAA ( Community Needs Assesment Approach ) -  This software implemeted at DHO , ZP , Dhule office and after data entry monthly data is sending to Delhi.

            Survey Projects - Follwoing are the various survey carreid out  and same data is entered in the software developed by NIC .

    3. Habitation Survey - Water Supply and Sanitation survey.
